Welcome to The Murder Post. By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using our products, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. ABOUT THE MURDER POST
The Murder Post is a mail-based entertainment subscription service that delivers fictional mystery and detective experiences through printed materials sent via postal mail.
All mysteries, characters, locations, evidence, events, and storylines are fictional unless otherwise stated.
The Murder Post is intended solely for entertainment purposes.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By purchasing from The Murder Post, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years of age, or
You have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
3. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE
The Murder Post may offer one-time purchases and recurring subscription plans.
Subscribers authorize recurring billing according to the plan selected at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
Pricing, shipping schedules, and subscription benefits may change at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes when required by law.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Subscribers may cancel at any time.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Once a subscription package has been processed for shipment, that month's package cannot be canceled or refunded.
Cancellation does not entitle customers to refunds for previously shipped products.
5. REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of printed entertainment products:
All sales are generally final.
Refunds are not guaranteed.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of:
Duplicate orders
Billing errors
Lost shipments confirmed by carrier
Damaged products
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
6. SHIPPING POLICY
The Murder Post ships through third-party postal carriers.
Delivery dates are estimates only.
We are not responsible for:
Postal delays
Weather delays
Carrier disruptions
Incorrect addresses supplied by customers
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment due to customer error.
7. LOST OR STOLEN MAIL
The Murder Post is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Replacement shipments may be offered at our discretion.
Claims regarding missing shipments should be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided by The Murder Post, including but not limited to:
Storylines
Mystery cases
Graphics
Artwork
Logos
Characters
Evidence files
Documents
Puzzles
Designs
Branding
are the exclusive property of The Murder Post and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, published, or shared without prior written permission.
9. PERSONAL USE ONLY
Purchases are intended for personal use only.
Customers may not:
Reproduce case files
Scan and distribute materials
Upload complete case materials online
Sell or resell case content
Create derivative works using our materials
Commercial use is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
10. SPOILER POLICY
Customers agree not to publicly post complete solutions, killer identities, or confidential case materials in a manner intended to spoil experiences for other customers.
11. FICTIONAL CONTENT DISCLAIMER
The Murder Post contains fictional depictions of:
Crime
Murder investigations
Suspects
Evidence
Law enforcement procedures
These materials are intended solely as fictional entertainment.
Nothing contained in our products should be interpreted as legal, investigative, forensic, medical, or professional advice.
12. MATURE CONTENT
Mystery cases may contain themes involving:
Fictional murder

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.

Continuous availability
Delivery timelines
We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. USER CONDUCT

Harass employees or other customers
Attempt to reverse engineer proprietary content
Submit fraudulent chargebacks
Misrepresent identity or payment information
Violation may result in account termination.

17. CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to contact The Murder Post before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
